We will need to get involved no less than 3 months before the wedding so that we have time to get acquainted with your plan, meet the suppliers you have already booked and ensure everything is ready for the big day!

We kick things off with a comprehensive consultation to identify your needs, discuss your vision and determine which areas of planning require our expertise. This allows us to tailor our services to your unique situation. 

2. Custom Planning in Key Areas 

You decide where you need us. Whether it’s supplier coordination, design and decor or logistical planning, we bring our expertise to the areas you find most challenging. We can also assist with planning and executing pre-wedding events. 

3. Vendor Liaison 

Already have some suppliers in mind? Great! We’ll step in to help you finalise contracts, manage communications and ensure everyone is on the same page. We can also assist with sourcing and recommending suppliers. 

4. Timeline Creation and Management 

We’ll create a customised timeline for the remaining planning stages and the wedding day itself, coordinating with suppliers and key parts to ensure everything runs seamlessly. We can also assist with RSVP management, creating the seating chart, party favours and wedding stationery.

5. Day-of Coordination

The Partial Planning package includes coordination services for the wedding day ensuring that the day is executed flawlessly.  

6. Post Wedding Services

Our Full Planning Service is designed for those who want a highly personalised, stress-free planning experience from start to finish. Let us take the reins. You make the final decisions. We can also plan the pre-wedding events, such as the engagement party, Mehndi, Sangeet and the civil ceremony.

On-the-day Coordination 

This service is ideal for couples who want to be hand-on during the planning process but wants to be hands-off for the execution, allowing you to be fully present to enjoy your special day.  We are there to handle the execution and care for you so that you do not have to worry about anything!

What is included?

1. Consultations (initial one prior to booking is complimentary)

We will have an initial meeting and a further meeting 4 weeks before your wedding to discuss the finalised details, rough timelines, supplier contracts and any special requests.

2. Timeline Creation and Distribution:

We will liaise with your suppliers to create a detailed timeline for the wedding day to make sure the event flows seamlessly.

3. Supplier coordination and management:

We will liaise with the suppliers confirming their arrival and set-up times and ensure they all set up as agreed. We will be their main point of contact on the day to handle any issues or last-minute changes.

4. Ceremony, reception and guest management:

We will ensure that that both the ceremony and reception venue is set up for the event, ensuring the tables are arranged and decor is laid out as envisioned. We will assist with seating guests, with the photo list and anything else necessary to ensure that the day runs smoothly.

5. End-of-Night Coordination:

We will ensure the event ends on time and oversee pack-up at the end of the time.
